The neck has been reset and it has been refretted. The jack output has been repaired with a patch. Very clean with some traces of use on the body, including scuff marks and ding. This great sounding and playing original hollowbody has a gorgeous acoustic/electric tone & sweet resonance. ![]() The top has a deeper scrape, but has had a touch up. ![]() There are some traces of use on the body, including scuff marks and dings. This 69 year old Gibson is in good condition and is very clean. The only thing that has been replaced is the tailpiece and the potmeters. This ES-125 has its original tuners, rosewood bridge, pickguard, P90 pickup and lacquer. However, it seems that this Gibson ES-125 escaped this fate. ![]() A lot of these ES-125's were stripped of electronics in the 1960s to use the great sounding pickups in for example Les Paul Juniors, luckily these days most of these instruments have been ressurected. The ES-125 model evolved out of the ES-100 and can be seen here in it's second iteration with adjustable dog-ear P-90 pickup and dot inlays on it's rosewood fretboard.
